BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 4305 Benin Drive, being on the northeast line of Benton Drive, northwest of Bonny Oaks Drive. An unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 4619, page 963, ROHC. Said tract begins at the intersection of the northeast line of Benton Drive with the southwest line of the Highway 153 access ramp, thence with the right-of-way of said access ramp southeast 315 feet, and northeast 247 feet, to the southwest line of the Highway 153 right-of-way; thence southeast 27 feet with Highway 153 to a point in the northwest line of lot 8, block A, Fred Sterchi Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 15, page 21, ROHC, thence southwest 70.8 feet with the northwest line of said subdivision, thence southwest some 485 feet to the northeast line of Benton Drive, thence northwest 255 feet with Benton Drive to the southwest line of the Highway 153 access ramp, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 128L-D-13.2. from R-3 Residential Zone to M-1 Manufacturing Zone, subject to the property owners agreement to fulfill the Note of Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
